HOW IT WORKS
Whys2Wise training is delivered live and interactively, combining practical scenarios, discussion, reflection and real residential childcare experience. Your team are expected to participate, think and connect the learning directly to their practice.
Following the session, every attendee completes an individual Learning Validation and Reflection, which is personally assessed before certification is issued.
If someone needs further support, they receive a complimentary 30-minute 1:1 follow-up before completing their validation again.
Attend → Participate → Reflect → Validate → Certify
So when you receive your team's certificates, you know they haven't simply attended the training. They've demonstrated that the learning has landed.

Our training is live, interactive and grounded in real residential childcare practice. After each session, every attendee completes a Learning Validation & Reflection, which is personally assessed before certification.
If further learning is needed, we provide a free 30-minute 1:1 follow-up before reassessment.
For managers, it means certificates evidence demonstrated learning, not simply attendance.
